Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Period
SignWorks CR provides a warranty of 3 months from the date of installation.
2. Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects only, including material or assembly failures carried out by SignWorks.
3. Warranty Conditions
The warranty is valid only when installation was performed by SignWorks or in accordance with its instructions. Any defect must be reported immediately upon discovery, and access must be provided for product inspection.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover: • Damage resulting from misuse • Extreme weather conditions • Natural wear and tear • Physical damage or accidents • Defects caused by installation or handling by a third party • Infrastructure issues, including electrical work, which are the client's responsibility
5. Repair and Replacement
Under the warranty, SignWorks will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product or part thereof. No cash refund will be provided.
6. Limitation of Liability
SignWorks shall not be liable for indirect damages, including loss of income, loss of profits, or any damage arising from the use of the product.
7. Component Warranty
Components such as lighting (LEDs, power supplies, etc.) are covered in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. If no manufacturer warranty exists, SignWorks assumes no liability for those components.
8. General Conditions
The warranty is non-transferable. Any repair or modification to the product without prior written approval from SignWorks will void the warranty.
